Payment Security

Shipping
We try to ship promptly, usually within one business day of receiving cleared payment for your order. Shipping may occasionally take more than one business day, but if it takes more than five business days for any reason, we will contact you.
We can only ship to the billing address of the credit card.
Shipping will be either by UPS ground or US Post Office with delivery confirmation.
We ship only to addresses in the United States.
If your shipping address is in Maryland, sales tax will be added to your order.
Return-Refund Policy
You can return any article purchased from Harper West within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price (not including shipping costs) if you do the following:
- Return the article or article to us complete with all packaging and other materials intact and everything in the original condition when shipped by us. Please include all packaging and related materials such as any instructions or other associated materials.
- Ship by USPS with delivery confirmation (or other traceable method of shipment) to:
- Include in the package a copy of our invoice, receipt or packaging list.
